Till Lindemann’s creativity and his concerts in January 2022 are considered destructive by the Russian Church priest heading Family Commission who launches a flash mob to cancel them
Russian Orthodox Church cleric Fyodor Lukyanov, Chairman of the Patriarchal Commission on Family, Protection of Motherhood and Childhood, called on Instagram to support a web flash mob of the Russian parental community to make Till Lindemann cancel his scheduled concerts in two cities of the country.
The singer is going to perform in Novosibirsk on January 26, and in Moscow on January 28.
The artist’s work, known as the vocalist of ‘Rammstein‘ metal band, has a destructive orientation, the priest warns.
So, as part of the concert tour “I hate children”, he performs the song of the same name and the song “I bless abortion”. In addition, in his clips there are scenes of violence with the dismemberment of corpses, therefore, activists from the parent community have taken measures to cancel the concert of the scandalous performer.
Priest Fyodor Lukyanov said that his lawyers and experts of the Parents’ Chamber had also reacted to Lindemann’s upcoming concerts.
They found numerous and gross law violations and made an appeal to law enforcement agencies with a request to cancel the singer’s scheduled performances in Russia.
The priest suggests: anyone can support the members of the Parents’ Chamber and parents-activists by expressing their attitude to Lindemann in the comments on his Instagram page and taking part in a flash mob addressed to him with the words: “Till, stay at home”! The #тилльсидидома (#tillstayathome) flash mob began on January 11, 2022 – the day of remembrance of the 14,000 babies killed in Bethlehem.
Let’s jointly inform the performer that he is not welcome in our country and try to cancel this performance — after all, providing a platform for a German artist to promote abortions to Russian people is unacceptable! – the head of the Patriarchal Commission calls.
The following phrases can be used as hashtags: #tilldrinnenbleiben, #тилльсидидома (#tillstayathome).
Despite the fact that Priest Fyodor Lukyanov calls for public pressure measures and uses the word “cancel”, the photo of his Instagram post reads: “Ban Lindemann’s concert”.
The Russian Orthodox Church consistently defends the moral values of Christianity, among which it sees the “traditional family”.
